Call me crazy, but what's a rating community?

haha loser! A rating community is when you (meaning if we started one the YOU would be US) rate people. The ones I've seen is like you fill out an application and then ask them to post, like, 3 or so pictures of them and then we rate them. If we, the maintainers, say yes then they're accepted and can rate...but if we don't it sucks for them. That kind of idea.

And I still have to call my dad but yeah we will!
