my little brother starts high school tomorrow. it's unbelievable. steven is going to be a junior. and in about a month i'll be a junior in college. it's amazing how fast time flies by. i hope high school treats them better than it did me. not quite the best years of my life. i think david will enjoy it though. he's talented athletically and ( Read more... )

davids going to be in highschool!? omy..thats so crazy.

i kinda regret that I didn't do very well in highschool..but another part of me is thankful I made the mistakes I made when I was young vs making them later on in life. My mom told me something the other day when I was feeling kinda down on myself "It doesn't matter where you are in life as long as you are moving forward" parents are pretty cool sometimes :)

i agree. i got "it" all out of my system in high school and now i can focus on school. and yes, parents can be pretty damn cool.

I remember when David was too little to talk. And being a good athlete does seem to help in the getting through high school thing.

And I was about as big of a nerd as you can be in high school and i didn't get any scholarships. We can't all be xiaole.

you're right. we can't all give an awesome speech at graduation either. that was mean. but yeah, the athletes seem to enjoy high school haha ...maybe that is just the way it seems, i dunno. but anyways, how have you been?
