Hmmzr...I saw Ozzy Osbournes aXX in a Black Sabbath concert in July(a sight I could have lived without). Honestly? I don´t know if this really counts, but my brother gave me a metal guitar pick when I started playing(he´s played for some 10 years now) and I wear it around my neck. I´d probably go crazy if I lost that.
Umm in June I went to warped. And my friends and I went and hung out with From First to Last. Then later that day, I shook Zacky Vengeance's hand. And for the past like year or so he's been a big idol of mine....and just shaking his hand has had a big influence on me wanting to start a band. So yea those are two things that I realy hold near me.
At G3 '03, during Malmsteen's performance, I must've been going nuts during his solo or something, and he looked over at me and smiled at me. That really was quite awesome.
When the Jagermeister tour came to Chattanooga, I went to see Alter Bridge play. After the show, as I was huddling to the front to shake their hands as they were walking off, Myles (the singer) had pretty much shaken everyone's hand, so he turned around about to walk off. I was really disappointed, because I wanted to fucking shake his hand. Myles saw how I was desperately pushing forward to touch him, so he came back to shake my hand. That made my night.
After the Bumblefoot show, I got stick around and talk with the guy. He signed my guitar with a beautiful picture to go with it. It's on the back of my headstock. He also signed a setlist and a picture thing of his. I got pictures with him, and just talking to the guy was amazing. I'd have to say, the autograph on my guitar is about the coolest thing I have. Too bad I'm selling the guitar.
