The only thing this band is missing is Scott Stapp.

As for a bassist for heavy music, I would go with either Jason Newsted or the replacement Metallica got. Jason Newsted because he gets the job done real well, and I find him extremely intriquing as he is one of a handful of bassist s that play with a pick.

His replacement though is fuckin' amazing.
