It's about 10pm. Just had a B-R-U-T-A-L panic attack that came out of fucking nowhere. Jesus! Not had one that bad in a long time, if ever. Yup! I was right, my abs are sore as hell. I suppose torturing them again today probably didnt help haha. I made sure not to over-do it this time around though. Just got back from there. Just got back from the gym. My abs are gonna kill tomorrow, i have a feeling.

I feel good today. I'm so glad to be drama-free finally. Good Riddance!

Itinerary for the next few days:
Tomorrow - Got some bills to mail out, and then going to the gym.
Sunday - Nothing planned, but i'll probably just chill and do some reading.
