I think jay has already put you in contact with Jen though she works out of Albany now and can really only help so much. If you find you need a place for a little while you know you have friends and Klok can put up with the dog till we find you a place to live. Right now just focus on getting that rent paid and not getting kicked out.

Good news should the worst happen. It takes a months to serve eviction papers to which you have a month to move out to which they can't legally throw you out until that month has gone buy to which you can serve them papers with the right lawyer to stick it out another month or two depending.

I cannot begin to describe how thankful I am to have you 2 as my friends. It's great to know that even though we haven't really hung out in a while you guys are still there to back me up. I know jaye was just going to ask her a few questions but I don't think he was going to try to get her to represent us. I was going to ask her but she has her own stuff to do. I think josh's mom is willing to pay for a lawyer but who knows. Right now we are trying to convince them that it was a mere miscommunication between all parties and to see if they will accept december's rent right now and drop the court date if we are willing to pay for the paperwork which is like $45. I just feel bad that if I need a place to crash to be like "Hey guys! haven't really seen you in like a year and now i'm crashing thanks!" I know it was offered but I can't help feeling that way. I'll give you a call when I know more of what's going on :( <33 thanks for being there for me hun. I miss you guys xD
