Yuletide

Well, as you can see, I very rarely use my livejournal (for various reasons) but I felt like I really wanted to write you a letter to say thanks and help you in anyway I can. :)

I'm not sure how well-thought out and helpful my prompts were (I'm never actually given someone a prompt before, see) so I'm just going to go over them by fandom and just write about what I like and don't like.

Generally: I'm quite possibly the most laid-back person you can every write for, I'll like most anything. Angst, romance, fluff, sadism, horror, humor--pile it all on. I can't think of anything that I wouldn't like (except for, you know, OOC that can't be explained, lol). I'm into dark character introspection, and I always adore subtle romance. If in whatever prompt you choose, you opt for smut, I'd enjoy that, if that's not your cup of tea, it doesn't matter either way. It's a gift and I'll enjoy it. Gen, Het, Slash? Take your pick. :)

Ocean's Movies: Danny and Rusty absolutely make the movies what they are. And honestly, I don't think that there's much I could dislike about anything written about them. I think of them as soulmates--friends, lovers, doesn't matter--and seeing their bond with each other always makes me happy inside. The thing I like about the both of them is their cheekiness and their lightheartedness, and if you could capture that, it'd be great. And that's not to say that I don't like angst, I do, it's all I write about, lol, but sometimes it's nice to get a little bit of sunshine. I love all of the other characters as well: naive Linus (in the first two movies, anyway), fatherly Reuben and Saul, primadonna Frank, slick Basher, the arguing twins, and the cutest dork ever, Livingston. Really, have fun with it. If you're happy, I am too. Don't feel like you have to include everything I say. :)

The Three Musketeers: How did I pick this fandom again? Oh yeah, I watched the Disney movie with Charliee Sheen and Keifer Sutherland and I loved it, who doesn't like The Three Musketeers? It's all bravado, heroics, swordfights, and egos taller than the Sears Towers. The four of them (and why aren't they The Four Musketeers?), are fantastic together, and I'm not picky in the slightest about what you write. Have fun, and I promise I'll enjoy it.

Iron Man: Quite possibly one of my favorite comic books (besides Batman, because, you know, no one tops him :P). I would like to see slash here, out or implied, but if you're uncomfortable with it or it doesn't turn out the way you'd like, I'm not going to be sore without it. I know this category is about the comic books, but if you've seen the movie; do you remember that seen when Tony and Rhodey are on the plane to Afghanistan and Tony's calling Rhodey pet names and Rhodey's acting like a scorned housewife? That to me, is quite possibly the best scene (of the two of them) in either comic book or movie. Just sayin'. :)

And, lastly (I know, I ramble), I just wanted to say thank you so much for taking on one of my prompts. I know how hard it is to write for someone you don't know, and so I'm just really grateful that you even bothered to read through all of this to try and write something for me. I really appreciate it. :) Good luck, and I'm looking forward to meeting you when the authors are unveiled. :)
