Its not that late but it sucks that is so early because i know that i have a very long night ahead of me. I can't sleep whitout the help of sleeping pills and even then i only get a few hours of sleep at a time. I have no idea why. My mind won't leave me alone. It teases me and beggs me to stay awake. I try to hold on. I try to breath. But i can't do it alone. They drugs and achoal helped but not anymore. I don't that life anymore. I'm trying to change and hope for the better. I hopeing the better will get here soon.
