Morbid Necessity

Someone, I forget who now, posted an iPod quiz. Basically you hit shuffle and then the next song is the answer to the next question of your quiz. She came up with "The Breaking of the Fellowship" (from Fellowship of the Ring, score by Howard Shore) for "Song to play at my funeral." The friend and all commenters agreed it was quite appropriate, ( Read more... )

Heh. That would have been me that got "the breaking of the fellowship."

I'd do something similar to this, but I get the feeling that considering my current dark, depressed mood and sudden turn of events that has lately turned my life to shit, such a post would have Jeremy on the phone with the first psychiatrist in the yellow pages making an appointment for me. And then refusing to leave me alone until I went.

At least he's looking out for me.

I totally thought it was you, but I Google-site-searched your LJ and couldn't find the entry.

I'm sorry to hear about your life. :( NaNo's coming up soon, which I mean to be an encouraging reminder, but then maybe it'll just bring up bad memories. Umm... new topic. Well... you could make it a private post until Jeremy's off your case. ;)

Twould appear to be this one.

And, bah, it's nothing that won't sort itself out. Either I get into college this year or next year. And nothing will destroy happy NaNo memories. :)

Vodka on the rocks to go...

I've already filed my will with the stipulation that "I Think I'm Going to Like It Here" from 'Annie' be played at my funeral, after which a bevvy of young virgins are to throw themselves onto my pyre.

You can have a montage of pictures if you like. We had one at my grandfather's memorial service. The funeral home put the video together with photos and music we gave them, and I got the impression that they do that pretty frequently.

Why do I have a Newsboys song called "Hallelujah" with completely different lyrics that are on the same topic? How many Hallelujah's have they written? ... Not a bad legacy, I suppose...

Weird! I don't know. I'll have to listen to your Newsboys' "Hallelujah" and see if I can figure out what album it came from...
