Essay Questions
+If you could change one thing about yourself physically and emotionally, what would either one be...and why? Physically, I would change my nose. Everyone seems to be focusing on it, and it bothers me to a certain extent. I’m pretty self-conscience about it. But not too bad. Emotionally, I would probably change my sensitivity or emotional unstableness. It seems like one minute I’ll be happy, then someone might say something mildly offensive and I become very depressed. They both tie in with eachother.
+If you had one day to live, what would you do and who would you tell? I wouldn’t tell anyone, because that would only lead to them feeling sorry for me, which would probably bring me down. I would do everything I had ever dreamed to do. Spend all of my money, go to as many concerts as I could, tell people what I actually felt in my mind. I would try to have as much fun as possible.
+If the person you most loved told you they were going to die, what would you do? I would be shocked and become sad. But I would put aside my emotions because they would just stop me from enjoying the little time left with them that I had.
+If your best friend came out to be gay, what would you do? I would think it’s pretty neat. I’d be proud of their courage to come out and say it. I don’t see any reason I would have to act differently around them.
+Do you hate anyone, and why? Yes. Because they were unnecessarily mean to me and we just don’t get along.
+Do you believe abortion is right? I’m on the fence on this one. In certain situations, where the parents have no way of supporting the child and it would undoubtedly end up on the streets, then I guess it could be for the better. But if the parents have the option of putting the child up for adoption if they really didn’t want it, then I think that’s the better way to go.
+Do you believe in sex before marriage? It completely depends on the couple. If they are in love and believe it’s what they truly want then it’s fine.
+How about interracial marriages? There is absolutely nothing wrong with them. A couple with different ethnic backgrounds have just as much right to be, and show, that they are in love. They add diversity, which is always good.
+What do you think about religion? I am personally an atheist, but if people can find hope and happiness in religion that that’s great.
+If you had to choose one thing to take with you to a desert island what would you bring? A computer, of course. I would use it for entertainment and communication.

+What would you bring to this community? I would bring honesty and open mindedness.
+Give us one good reason why you should be accepted? I really think this is a great community, judging people based on what’s inside and not just their outside, which so many other communities seem to be about. And I’d like to be apart of something like that.
