I love reading about your perusal of vintage Hollywood.
I don't delve as much as used to in the 1930's-1950's era Hollywood, but I still enjoy it. So many wonderful dramatic moments, romances that simmered under subtext, and some women are as feisty as Bette Davis and Kattherine Hepburn were back then, but certainly they paved the way !
And few men have that odd mix of complete snake and smarmy ugliness and charm and handsomeness as George Saunders.
"I am Rebecca's cousin..."
And that picture reminds me I've never seen All About Eve!! I hang my head in vintage movie geek shame.
