It was 100 degrees on my (shaded) back deck at 6:00 pm this evening. I went to the public library this afternoon and checked out a shitload of Christmas music to put me in a cooler frame of mind.

It didn't really work. I think I'll go and see if a cold beer might do the trick.

I had Mexican food for lunch today. No 'ritas, because I had to go back to work!

It's still too damn hot here. :(

Pfffffffffft. Hubby's in the doghouse. Wrecked his new car this week. Rear-ended someone. I've been bitching about how he follows too closely and doesn't understand what "coast" means when he sees brake lights for YEARS. It's been very hard to bite my tongue.
