i just read this book that's from the point of view of an autistic kid, and he likes everything to be ordered and safe. i guess this sounds pretty random, but your hibernation idea reminded me of it. and after i read the book i was thinking how nice it would be if you always had a routine, and as long as you stuck to it, you would never get stressed out. this kid would totally love to hibernate.
