Best answers yet. BTW, I don't think I've ever had kombucha. O_O

Also: We are organizing our trip a little more clearly. Would you prefer to see us on a weekend evening or a weekday evening? We arrive 5th (Saturday) quite late. Currently we have both 11th and 18th evenings free (Fridays) and 6th (Sunday). Unavailable on 10th (Thursday) and 12th-17th. Other than that, can be available for dinner/pub/house visit, whatever will be least stressful for you.

Mmm, difficult. Since it is evenings-only I guess I'll give up my dreams of stealing you for a whole day to Experience Nature. I think I'll give you some time to recover right after your arrival, but would like to claim you for both the 11th and 18th if possible. Group things are also fine, if you have others you'd like to see.

Kombucha is lovely if you like vinegar.. Er, not that it tastes *just* like vinegar, but there is a similar acidity and bitterness. I, of course, love pickles and have been known to just drink apple cider vinegar, so this is no problem for me. You don't want my homebrewed kombucha, though, as I haven't fed it new tea in well over three months, so what's in there is so very cultured that it would probably burn a hole through your throat. :) There are many lovely brands of bottled kombucha available, though. Should you try some, do not do so right before driving. It makes some people very awake, but others *very* relaxed.

Oh no, it's not evenings-only, I just figured because you had work, it was evenings-only for you. If you're free for a whole day on one of those Fridays that would be fabulous!

Guess who has a get-out-of-work-free card for overtime during a major project? Wheeeeeee!!!

I will figure out what will work best and get back with you. Lake Cushman? It's not a far drive. Oooh and we can go to the farmer's market and get picnicking supplies as well.

Kombucha rocks, and I'd love to learn Finnish.
