(no subject)
HOME SWEET HOME!! lol. im finally back. what started out as the "Trip From Hell" actually ended up being a nice little getaway, lol. wow... that sounds pathetic. but ya, ill admit it, it was fun. no i didnt kill my brother, lol. although i was close. heres some of the stuff we did, but WARNING:: it may be really long and kinda boring, lol.
Fri. June 17- Day 1, I went to v-ball camp then hung out with Ash, Nate, and Isaac. we played some v-ball. then we had to leave :( . we drove until like 11 when we finally found a hotel.
Sat. June 18- Day 2, Woke up and found out my brother threw up- SICK!!! lol. my family just thought it was dinner last night (soup from time hortons, lol). but as we are getting into the car he gets sick again. so i sat up front and helped my dad with directions. wow Boston is so flipping confusing! lol. we FINALLY found our hotel...it took long enough. we walked next door to the chocolate shop and arcade. my brother gets sick again. then we find out our toilet doesnt work so we have to switch rooms. wow defintely starts off as the trip from hell!!! lol. then its time to sleep.
Sun. June 19 HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!- Day 3, Woke up and my brother feels better. we take the train to Downtown Boston. i am FREEZING!!! i already have a hoodie on so i buy another one- first souvenir, jp. we go on the Freedom Trail. we have to follow this red line to all these old places. my brother was really interested but all i wanted to do was shop. we get to Fanueil Hall where there TONS of shopping! lol. there was lots of kiosks and street performers (magicians). we got to eat at CHEERS!!! so we kept walking seeing all this old stuff. i got to try roasted coconut, i guess it was ok. we are all done with that so we go back to the hotel. the sun is finally out so we wanna swim. holy crap it is cold! so i was just layin out, but there was a kid there, he might have been 12? 13? but he kept starin at me! SICK! lol. no, Nate has nothin to worry about, lol. my parents were makin fun of me about it. then Pistons ONE POINT! COME ON! lol. time for bed.
Mon. June 20- Day 4, we drive to Plymouth. ya know- Plymouth Rock? its a lot smaller than i thought. we went on a model of the Mayflower. aftter we drove to Cape Cod. I AM SICK OF THE CAR BY NOW!!! we walked around some shops there. we went to look at the ocean- what fun?! lol. then we had to go to bed.
Tues. June 21- Day 5, Got up somewhat early and went to Mayflower Beach. we basically spent all day there: tanning, playing football, and swimming in the ocean! no hot guys though, lol. seriously- if you are looking for good looking guys, dont go out east, lol. then the PISTSON! hell yah! game 7! lol. now its time for bed.
Wed. June 22- Day 6, Drove to Portland, Maine. went SHOPPING! thats what im talkin bout, lol. just hung around the hotel, swam a little. then it was time for bed. but i am really ready to go home. i never knew how much you could miss a person when you are away from them for a week :(.
Thurs. June 23- Day 7, WE drove to Bar Harbor. god i HATE the car, lol. we walked around downtown. its really nice down by the water. my dad tried lobster for the first time... i was a scaredy-cat and didnt try it. then back to the hotel for Pistons...COME ON!!! we were winning, that SUCKS! but theres always next year... right?
Fri. June 24- Day 8, we went to Acadia National Park. it was a 27 mile drive through like these mountains. it was really, really pretty. we went up to the highest mountain on the eastern side of the US- Cadillac Mountain. you could see forever! we went downtown, then putt-putt!! lol i got a hole in one. we went back to the hotel and hung out there.
Sat. June 25- Day 9, got up early, took a 3 hour drive to Old Ocean Beach. its by Porland. we swam (well not really cuz it was fricking freexing!) and tanned! lol. then ate dinner and went to this amusement park.. the rollercoaster: gayes things i have EVER been on. the log ride: you didnt even get wet! we went back and swam (in the pool) then went to bed.
Sun. June 26- Day 10, had to get up early cuz check-out was at 10! got on the road and went to the Basketball Hall of Fame. it was pretty cool! we shot some hoops then had to leave. we drove the rest of the day. we were on our way home!!! lol. we drove until about 9 then found a hotel.
Mon. June 27- Day 11, HOME SWEET HOME!!! lol. wow were finally back! we stopped at Niagara Falls (in NY not Canada_. thes pretty sweet. then drove the rest of the day. got back at like 4:15 and hung out with isaac till like 5 when we went swimming at codys. now im unpacking and stuff....GETTIN READY TO SPEND THE NIGHT AT ASHLEYS!!! woot woot!
im just really glad to be home. WHO WANTS TO HANG OUT TOMORROW!?!?!?!? lol call me...
