So my plan from now until my trip is to watch what I eat and exercise as much as I can. I am unhappy with myself at the moment and I am very aware that it is up to me to fix this problem

i need to work out and eat better too...and yet i start off the day with some loaded fries and then end it with a milkshake. i suck and i'm soooo unhappy with my weight and i can't bring myself to do anything about it. :( maybe you'll have better luck!
