OH MY GOD.....just got back from my first body pump class and I hurt all over. Its not even done with big wieghts but man, my arms and legs are killing me. Is being thin really worth it?
that body pump thing is a nightmare, its descibed as 'high repitition weight training with aerobic conditioning', what is should say is 'hell with some pain thrown in for good measure!'.

Currently my legs are still aching after hiking for 8 hours around Sierra Nevada on Sunday :)
