Heels still kill my knees after all this time and a friend of mine who fell off a horse and smashed her knee can't wear them for long either, it sucks! What kind of operation is it? what are they going to do to it?? xxx

Yeah but i leave tomorrow so iv left it too late to order anything !! LOL Ill just buy something when im over there !!

Im having an Arthoscopy just some quick key hole stuff to clear out the damage then ill be back up and about 4 weeks later !!
