Michael, my parents and I spent a week in San Francisco and three days in Yosemite. California is AMAZING. i want to live there so badly. The weather is perfect--cool but not cold. The cities and scenery are beautiful. The people are so interesting and unique. And everywhere you look there's something new to explore

I've kept up with your life as well...and it seems to be quite beautiful itself...which makes me happier than you can know.
You are a beautiful person and I miss you, but I cannot blame myself anymore than I already have. And I cannot feel guilty for being happy anymore.
I am happy that you and michael are healing. He wanted that so badly. As did I. And you as well I am sure.
I wish you luck in your vet tech program. And I hope your new kitty is as cute in real life as in pictures.
Oh, and happy birthday! (sorry it's belated!)...I still have fond memories of your birthdays in years past.
