So I spent the weekend in Oklahoma. Let me just say I have never seen such an expanse of flat, nearly treeless grass in my life. And all the roads are grid-style so you can see for miles behind and miles ahead on them because its so flat and they never turn. And there are no clouds. It is gorgeous. Everything seems right in the world when its so far away and you are cut off from it all.

One reason why I love camping, etc.
And, I always wind up talking to the people sitting next to me.

I guess that's why so many people want to be pilots in the Air Force.

Also, I've always wanted to talk to people sitting next to me on planes, but never do. The whole "single-serving friend" idea from Fight Club always interested me.

Perhaps such friends are "disposable," like cameras or Glad-ware, and designated for "one-time use only."

talking on planes is interesting.

you don't really have to write deep entries on lj if you dont want to. just cuz drew's is... but by all means go ahead if thats what you want it for. I'll shut up now.
