I really hope that they did not take "Rules of Engagement" off the air and replace it permanently with that Christine show. I loved "Rules of Engagement" and Patrick Warburton. Here's to hoping that it will be back on soon... or on on another night.

I am forever amazed at how socks go into the washer with their mates and come out without them.

I am very excited about the snow that is coming our way! They say by 1pm we will be getting an inch an hour!! Whoohoo! I shall put on my boots and do a little snow dance and perhaps build a little snowman while the neighbors look at me like I'm nuts ( Read more... )

So last night was the Illuminarium in our little Olde Mistick Village. They had caroling and refreshments, and music and entertainment and we kept the shops open until 9:30pm. Around 5pm the snow started to fall and with all the lights it was so beautiful. Looked like it was out of a postcard. Picture perfect. I wish I had my camera- but I did get ( Read more... )

There is nothing like the aroma of burnt sugar filling your home to remind you of the importance of putting a drip pan underneath your pie. (I put one under the second pie).
