why the hell not
Well, I figured I'd just do this one hundred things, but I don't know if I can get 100. Probably so though. So here goes.
1. I am somewhat paranoid about living by myself.
2. At the same time, I LOVE living without anyone over my shoulder.
3. I tried on an engagement ring once!
4. But then he told me he thought it was looking at guns with his dad; just cause they looked and played, didn't mean they were going to buy it.
5. I sing really loudly in the car.
6. I have an incredibly low tolerance for stupid people.
7. Then I laugh at other people I see singing in the car.
8. I am afraid of the dark.
9. Or rather, what's IN the dark.
10. When I was younger, I would leave the hall light on partly so that I wouldn't be in the dark, but also partly so I could read.
11. Mom and Daddy used to yell at me for having the light on.
12. I would read at least a book a day when I was in elementary/middle school.
13. Mostly they were Baby-sitters Club or RL Stine.
14. I used to read in the bathroom!
15. I think that if I hadn't been at home after school, I wouldn't have been a fat kid.
16. My sisters and I could drink an entire 2liter of coke in one afternoon.
17. I have ADD and I'm on Adderall.
18. God bless the creators of Adderall.
19. I don't like scary movies.
20. I love romantic comedies.
21. I have a crush on Adam Sandler.
22. Sometimes I feel bad that I don't miss Daddy enough.
23. Sometimes I miss him so much I want to cry.
24. I forgot his birthday this year.
25. I love to tell people how wonderful my family is.
26. Our family has the best Christmas traditions ever.
27. I wish we were closer to our family in Massachusetts.
28. Or rather, they were closer to us...I hate the cold!
29. I hate cold weather with a passion.
30. I'd rather it be 99 degrees in the shade than cold as ice.
31. I feel fat almost every day.
32. It offends me when people say, "she's lost a ton of weight."
33. When they say that, I feel like they're really saying, damn she was a cow, but she's not now!
34. I need a workout partner to get motivated to get back on the workout bus.
35. I weighed 187 pounds today, my lowest was 176 about a month ago.
36. I was incredibly disapointed when I saw that.
37. I wish I could get liposuction.
38. Cereal is one of my dangerous foods.
39. I tend not to be able to function without coffee in the early morning.
40. I am NOT a morning person.
41. If you wake me up, do not try to be cheery around me. You'll get a grunt in return.
42. My cats are like my children.
43. Sometimes I get worried that they've locked themselves in a room or something while I'm gone for 13 hour days at work.
44. Sometimes I wish I didn't have the kitties.
45. But not a lot.
46. My kitty Isaiha is the only male that will be truly faithful!
47. I have 3 tatoos.
48. I want a few more.
49. I want a baby.
50. And then I want to give it back to its parents.
51. I've had 2 "scares."
52. But it just turned out I was late.
53. I very rarely have bad dreams.
54. Except last night, I had a really scary one.
55. I usually remember my dreams.
56. Sometimes I feel like something's behind me.
57. Ew and I hate it.
58. I get annoyed sometimes that I haven't met "the one"
59. I get sad at some weddings, because of the above reasons.
60. With every guy I date, I always wonder what it would be like to be married.
61. Then nothing happens and I just laugh at myself.
62. Some of my friends don't understand the way I feel.
63. It frustrates me that they don't or haven't felt like me.
64. I wonder what things would be like if Daddy were still alive.
65. I know that I wouldn't have a few things I have now if he were.
66. I think the women in my family are the strongest women I have ever known, especially my mom and my grandmother.
67. I'm glad we moved to North Carolina.
68. I LOVE the south.
69. I want to move back to the beach.
70. My sister Sara is one of my best friends.
71. I didn't think we'd ever get along like this.
72. For that matter, I don't think anyone ever thought that.
73. I wonder if my older sister knows how she alienates herself from the rest of us.
74. But then again, she's got her own life.
75. We just ended up being closer.
76. She and I play phone tag and have been for about 3 days now.
77. I got 4 B's and one A on my last report card.
78. They were the best grades I've had since elementary school I think.
79. I got drunk for the first time with Meghan and Christine in 12th grade I think.
80. I lost my virginity when I was 19.
81. I miss playing softball.
82. I wish I had kept playing in high school so that I could have tried in college.
83. I have had a job since I was 15.
84. I got a job so that I wouldn't have to ask Momma and Daddy for money.
85. I felt bad asking them for money for school pictures, book club money, lunch money, etc.
86. They did the best they could with what we had.
87. I want to be comfortable when I get married.
88. Sometimes I wonder if I'll be engaged by the time Sara gets married.
89. But by the looks of it, probably not.
90. I like working at a restaurant, but I LOVE bartending.
91. Sara and I text message a phenomenal amount.
92. I love Sex and the City.
93. I actually voted this year for the first time!
94. I hate it when people who aren't a preacher, preach to you.
95. I don't like songs about God or the war (regular songs, not hymns)
96. I want a new car...a Honda to be exact.
97. I want to sell my Monte Carlo...does anyone want to buy it?
98. I saw a rainbow that the beach when Betsy and I were driving around, and I knew it was Daddy watching out for me where ever I go.
99. Sometimes that freaks me out...I don't want him there ALL the time.
100. I only had 3 wisdom teeth, and paid $700 to get them taken out after insurance denied it.
Well there you go. Just got back from the beach yesterday, and all I want to do is go back. So now I think Betsy and I are seriously considering it. We'll see. I'm sleepy, so I need to go to bed, I am playing tennis to get my fat ass in shape tomorrow.
