Yes long time no write. Nothing to report really. Life still shite. Though I didn't see my family at Christmas it was really for the best, quiet and I admit at times lonely, but certainly better than constant arguments

Just to let you know, Kath and I will be in Aber on Friday 30th until Sunday 1st Feb (Castaway show) so if you want to meet up for a coffee (arts centre?) then that'd be great!
