Yep, right outside my window. We weren't supposed to get snow this morning, but we are, and it's the pretty type that blows around and makes the big windows downstairs look like I'm sitting in a snowglobe. I love snow.

I'm sitting here working on my homework. I had to re-download a document that I thought I was done with because I needed one piece of information off of it. The type of pudding you cook does in fact work just fine with soy milk. It is only the instant type that fails.

So making instant pudding with soy milk doesn't work. Anyone know if making the type you cook with soy milk works?

Every year our company has mandatory disaster preparedness trainings. You go to these trainings to be told what you're supposed to do in an emergency. Good theory, I understand why they are mandatory.
