The most exciting thing I did this weekend was to watch the olympics, dejunk my house yet some more, and go with Lindsay to get her nose pierced. Man, my life rocks. I'm 2 for 2 this week at the gym. Worked out the arms and did a little cardio yesterday, today it was cardio and abdominals. Go me. I have to head off to work now. So I spent today cleaning out the closet in the cat room. Exciting fun, I know. But at least I have a ton more storage space and discovered that while I am rarely sentimental about objects, I can't seem to throw away anything that I wore on my wedding day. All day it has been rainy and cloudy . . . until I left work and suddenly the sun is shining. What a wonderful way to start the weekend, especially after the grueling week I had at work. So I had to go to communication training to day for work. There were four communication styles and I had a 3 way tie, the only one I am not is considerate. So I'm not nice. I went to the gym this morning and did one of those great workouts where at the end you feel tired, but exhilerated. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical, then arm weights, and 60 situps on the balance ball. I went back home to shower and my arms were so tired that they felt heavy when I was trying to wash my hair.
