Western
Western is kind of neutral, but not quite since it's still possible to tell where you`re from. So you might not actually be from the West (but you probably are). If you really want to sound "neutral," learn how to say "stock" and "stalk" differently.

Isn't Canadian a pretty neutral accent? Except for the a-bouts and sore-rys, of course. I hope your flatmates don't find my accent annoying because I know it's hopelessly Californian.

My goal is to finally figure out the difference between Kiwi and Aussie accents. I keep picturing Peter Jackson talking and Hugh Jackman talking in my head and I can't figure it out.
