So, when the going gets tough, the tough go shopping.

As anyone who's lived with me can verify, I have an incredibly bad habit of having a major shopping spree whenever things are going particularly badly. For some reason, I always feel that things won't be quite so scary if I have exactly the right outfit

I had to have Diazepam for a recent dental visit so we did the sensible thing and booked STI testing (ie, blood test - needlephobic still!) on the same day and got it all out of the way while I was drugged up. Unfortunately I still have to go and have the actual teeth extractions at the hospital under general anesthetic, and goodness knows when that'll come around. *sigh!*
