write a letter to our soldiers serving in one of the present conflicts. Write what may seem like a personal letter you'd write to a long-lost friend, updating them about what's going on in your life. nothing explicit of course, just ... give them overseas a piece of home, when they're stuck far from.
I'll probably be doing the same in a bit.
#3- knowing you, I don't think you'd EVER lose this. I suspect you will find ways to connect, like this, even in small ways, with all of your kids. It may eventually be part of your overall 'care package', if you will. You are a very open and honest person, and being that with your kids I think is essential. So many parents shy or hide away from their kids. Their teachers shouldn't, IMHO.
and #4- it's your plan! you planned it! slowly and surely you're going to take over the WORLD, why shouldn't you be exuberant? :)
personally I prefer being overworked and underslept, to underworked and overslept.
