Did you do it? I did today and boy did it feel good when I was done. I also avoided eating a candy bar.. but really I did that just to make up for eating brownie cookies and chocolate covered raisins and drinking a beer last night. We can't be perfect everyday, right?

OH, you're close to perfect everyday. :) Good JOB!

I did do it- I went for a run with the dogs- and then all 3 of us had a workout and were happy.... but we went to my mom's last night and they got fried chicken from Lee's for dinner. *gag*. I can't eat stuff that crappy anymore- my body doesn't do well with it. I burped fried chicken for HOURS. Yech.

Today it's just been granola and yogurt so far. Lunch will be healthy too...:) I need your help kicking soda! How'd you do it????

Switch to Green tea. 0 calories, but loads of energy. I like Teas' Tea Green Jasmine. It's more expensive than soda- like
$1.59 a bottle, but worth it. Dierbergs and Whole Foods have it and Target sells it in a big bottle you can keep in the fridge. They also have green lemongrass, plain green, etc. but jasmine green is my all time fav.
