how important is it for a resume and cover letter to be a page each? maybe i'm full of myself but really i can't get either down to less than two pages.

i was just reading about this. cover letters definitely need to be one page. resumes should be the length you feel is necessary to cover what is important to the company you're applying to. apparently the one page thing went out the window a year or two ago. who knew?

how's worcester? how are you? how are we?

i love you

the internet just told me that a well organized, succinct 2 page resume for recent graduates is where its at.

worcester is so gross. i am thinking about fleeing to hawaii to work on an organic fruit farm on a river. have you made out with three thousand girls yet?

i love you too.

i think that fleeing to hawaii is a very good idea. i haven't made out with three thousand girls yet but i do have an event to attend tonight about police harrassing gay people. so maybe if i'm lucky i'll have that happen while i'm making out with three thousand girls.

worcester is gross. i'm trying to convince someone that it's great and i'm having a hard time because i kind of hate it right now. not the city, just....some people in it. what a downer.

what's going on with the man?

if you are talking about the man, i am currently pretending to be mad that he's not here to eat tech pizza with me on two dollar tuesday (the only good thing about worcester) but secretly i'm not mad.

if you are talking about the Man, i find out thursday.

that's what i thought too, but then i looked it up yesterday because my partner and i were disagreeing about it. turns out-that doesn't seem to be a truism any longer, (which is exactly how it was worded in the like, 10 articles i read, hoping one would tell me my partner was wroooonnnggg teehee)
