Happy St. Patrick's Day! I like this holiday, even though I'm not Irish. Today a lot of people wore green. This morning we were sitting in the hallway before school and Christina said, "Wow, what is it... everyone-wear-green-day?! Nope, it's HAPPY SAINT PATRICK'S DAY!" I laughed for a long time. It sounds lame the way I explained it but trust me, ( Read more... )

dude, you heard the radio thing too, eh? it was so amusing. i have no idea why they chose that song, but it's the only thing they played. they actually had been playing it since i went into work a little bit before 11am. for all i know they had been playing it since the wee hours of the morning, but they played it the entire time i was working. everytime i took a delivery it was still playing. there were no commercial breaks whatsoever. as the day went on they started putting in bits of phone calls to the station, people saying stuff like "you guys going for a record?". when i got out at 5:30 it was STILL playing. it stopped at 6. this is when they introduced the new FRANK FM ( ... )

whoa, sweetness on the college acceptance/scholarshippityness.
bummer about not getting into Uconn though. It's a wicked awesome school.
the fact that my sister went there has nothing to do with it, I promise. :-D
Frank isn't a bad station. but my mom (and, to a lesser extent, myself) is kind of upset about the change in 96.5. I really like that kind of music, and 103.3 is the only other station I know of that plays it. but they have more motown/70's type stuff, which is also cool, but I sometimes prefer the earlier kinda music.
whoops, it's 11:00 and I was supposed to go to bed at 8.
clever me.
anyway you should definitely go with Frank. remember: "MUSIC IS MY BOYFRIEND"
