are you woring with an agent? like with any rental situation, you should make a very DETAILED list of anything you can think of that the landlord may try to take out of your deposit later. take pictures too.. scratches in wood flooring, chips in the paint... anything you can think of.
yeah we found a realtor- tribella. i have no idea if you know anything about them but she was really nice and all. But i am curious about the landlord...and thats a good suggestion i hadnt even thought of it.
its not a through street (it ends in a cul de sac) so traffic shouldnt be a problem...only possibly for turning onto red river but that wasnt difficult today. According to the info i got i think it's 1050 sq ft but i dont know if its really accurate. The bedrooms are fairly small but its a good sized living and dining area. And I'm pretty sure it has to be a 12 month lease.
And mom is a mystery to me. All i know is she's been jumping down my throat and bringing up all the negative possiblities everytime i mention a place.
