Also, a GREAT latke tip I received today in KosherMart - make your latkes using Yukon Gold potatoes. They have a much lower water content so you don't need to drain them as much. Hi. thanks for the tip. I have some here at home and lucretia borgia and her kids are coming on Dec.25 to make latkes, and I thought I had to get another kind of potato.
