I read a quote by a female comic about people who don't "believe in homosexuality" once that went something like:

"We are not Santa Claus; our existence doesn't depend on your belief."

Also, if you don't believe in it, that must make it go away, right?

You should have said, "Oh, but we believe in you, sweet tits!"

Have I told you lately that I love you?

Frankly, given this woman's general belief system and inability to logic or formulate her arguments, I do not want her believing in me.

Oh and I almost shouted at her "EASTER BUNNY! RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!"

No no no, you exist, but all those gay feelings you feel aren't real. You are Going Through A Phase. Or, conversely, you are Rebelling Against The Lord. Either way you will get over it and settle into a nice, REAL marriage (you know, with a MAN) where you will vacuum your lovely little house in high heels while your husband goes out and provides for you, and he won't cheat on you with his trampy secretary like your friends' husbands do because YOU will lose all your baby weight the second day you get home from the hospital.

In other news, welcome back homo, I missed you!

I will learn to trade blow jobs for a washer and dryer! I feel so much better about myself!

Thanks

{Giggling} I'm going to remember this and bring it up the next time we have a gender-stereotype discussion in class.

Amen, Sister!

b) You should not talk about things you do not know in places you have not been--especially my home state in my own field were I was hunting for a job. Suck it, bitch. Especially for the next comment...

I absolutely HATE this! I hear it all the time, even from people who DO live in Michigan. I love when people who aren't even in the teaching field try to tell you "how many teaching jobs" are available in Michigan and "how great the pay and benefits are" when they absolutely have no clue. It's even worse when they aren't even from Michigan. Kudos to you for not ripping this woman to pieces!
