That's a bit of a bugger. Glad you got home OK. I found the first few days without HRT the worst. Eventually, it kinda becomes liveable.

Aww, this makes it sound like it was my fault because you had to drive me to work.

Was it my fault? I can take the train from now on if you'd like...

That sounds upsetting. I'm glad you managed to get home safely, look after yourself. It could of course be a coincidental illness...

Hey Nat how are you?? - It seems that I had a panic attack, all of the things that I've had to deal with and all the losses seemed to come over me all at once. Most of the symptoms were down to hyperventilation. It was Damned scary at the time - maybe if I'd had a paper bag to rebreathe into then I'd have been ok.

Hi, I'm not too bad, my weekend plans have fallen through but I can't really complain about life at the moment.

Ah, in a way I'm glad to hear it was a panic attack and not something you can't control or which might jeopardise your surgery. Panic attacks very scary though, I've had a couple of minor ones myself that were bad enough. Good that you know how to handle them in future, but here's hoping you don't need to...

Oh and sorry if I miss any entries, I'm struggling to keep up with LJ and I'm sure I'm missing a few entries every day.

Knowing what it probably was helps a lot I think, but I certainly wasn't able to control it and I really do hope I don't get another one like that again. Sorry to hear your weekend plans got scuppered :-/
