One of the great problems facing small organizations is that they don't always have all of the necessary skill sets within their membership. I know this; I was once the secretary of the Alliance for Magical and Earth Religions. AMER was allegedly an anti-hate activism group, but while it had a lot of high ideals, it never amounted to much. For this very reason.

The ultimate small organization, of course, is a couple. We had between us most of the necessary skill sets, and we both invested much of ourselves into our partnership. But when we were both stressed and depressed and not communicating well with each other, we lacked someone who could get us back on track.
Too bad we were not in a triad with a therapist, she says wryly....

The accompanying video is over nine minutes long and is worth watching. It contains footage of an actual interview with one of the child "accusers". It's horrifying to see how the little girl is led on and coaxed into saying things that are clearly not true.
