OOC // Headcanon Meme
Most of this is gonna be Onni, since I should post with Monica and Kiseki before I settle more headcanon, which means I need to get out of my current life situation. I'll figure out stuff for them later/as asked.
Haita, Onni
He sleeps between 4 to 6 hours a day, on average on weekdays, barring a call from the DPD. Makes it up by tending to go for a full 12 on weekends and infrequent naps.
He's at least part swedish, on his Mother's side. While his family has been here long enough for his family name to get distorted, if one were to compare some of his traits to more well-built swedish males, they'd find a lot of similarities.
He got some of the Swedish height gene, thus his freakishly tall (by Japanese standards anyway) nature. This is rarely addressed because in casual conversation he has picked up a slouch so that people don't call him out on it.
Is, subconsciously, a bit of a show off. Part of this has to do with a massive complex that he has being compared to other people and feeling he will never measure up. He hates being compared to Jinn because he considers Jinn, despite all his faults, a wealthy successful man.
He harbors an immense, but mostly suppressed hatred of Shikou. Part of this is because he feels Shikou is a Silver Spoon-fed Marty Stu who, albeit through no main fault of his own, gets handed everything on a silver platter compared to Onni due to god powers and being fated to inheirit the whole universe.
He's his own worst enemy. He has a great mind for tactics, and would probably have the charisma and intellect to enter politics or big business. However his complexes of being compared to others and feelong not up to par tend to curb this, as well as his natural showoff nature.
His self-made game, "Perception", is a thinly vield embellished, psychoanalytical autobiography/venting of his life since Duel Academy. The main reason it hasn't got off the ground is because Onni has mimicked Shiyoko's drawing style so well from inking all the characters look like porn models and this infuriates him.
Roughly 90% of his relationship issues and 50% of his issues as a whole can be traced back to the fiasco of Hikari Hoshi descending into Lady Nemesis.
Would consider Susan sutiable girlfriend material if she didn't have a chip on her shoulder concerning all men and also wasn't completely out of her gourd.
He has not listened to Dragonforce for some time, though he has all their CDs up to Inhuman Rampage in a box on a shelf in his room. He opens it up and looks at it sometimes when he feels he needs to remind himsellf of his guilt.
Domino General Hospital probably has given him a nickname that can mean both "Blessed One" and "Cursed One", due to his ability to shrug off injuries yet his substantially high hospitalization rate.
He works three jobs partially out of a sense to gain wealth, but mostly to keep his mind occupied, he feels boredom would drive him insane due to the way DA conditioned his mind to be ever alert and constantly agressive.
He fantasizes about Moeko from time to time, but does not consider her a sutiable girlfriend after the fiasco with her.
Would probably try and date Kouji again if she wasn't enamored with Jinn.
He will forever consider Shiyoko, even though they are good friends as "the girl who got away."
Has startted penning a small book to send to Tokyo University on the effects of gods and god-like beings inhabiting everyday life.
Wishes to study war tactics and psychoanalysis, so that he doesn't have to necessarily rely on beating the tar out of people so much as mentally disabling them.
He despises 4th Edition and has been looking for a D20 modern group to play with for some time. He finds Pathfinder too fluffy at times and Call of Cthulhu games unsettle him.
Despite his faults, the idealistic idiot is still pretty well rooted, albeit layed with snark and taftician prgamatism. But if you gave him a secret test to prove he was a hero, he'd fall for it.
He can play guitar and sing quite well, but doesn't have any real training and feels like revealing these traits would make him appear to be "That douchey guitar guy."
Likes combining things that don't usually go together for quirky results. He considers his house - a blend of modern western and classic eastern themes very cool, and he is/was proud of the Black Parader for being a powerhouse D-Wheel, despite/because of it's "Frankenyoko's Monster" status.
His hate for Erland is based partially on his hate for gods, partially on the fact he thinks he's an unrepetant smug douchebag, and because his inner Paladin practically Detects Evil on him whenever they get a chance to physically interact.
He misses the Gigantech Shades still, but at this point figures they'd be worthless or getting them back would be more trouble than it's worth.
Probably has some legitimate mild paranoia, but said paranoia keeps him from going to any non-Noriko therapists to get his head checked and see if it's real.
