Well, I started culinary school at Alain and Marie Lenotre. It's a lot of fun, and i'm enjoying myself more than I expected. So far i'm only doing pastries, and baking type stuff, it'll be that way for another 9 weeks. or 14 weeks, I don't know. its half pastry half cooking, and you knock out one at a time. So hopefully when I get to the cooking
