right now, i would like to say that i am thankful for my slightly senile and extremely hilarious grandfather. this is the one who insists upon calling my little brother "lucifer." and this is always, he never calls him luke (his real name). "lucifer, go downstairs and bring up some sparkling cider

We call my roommate Lucia (Loo-chi-ah) Lucifer sometimes, and my mom likes vanilla icecream in her coffee too. : )
