POWERS
Spider-SenseDarkdevil was born with the standard set of spidey powers. This includes the infamous spider-sense, which allows him to sense danger, and isn't generally something he can turn off. Can Reilly/Darkdevil drop in on your character? do it
Where? do i--uh, the institute, the mac, avengers mansion
Where not? oh avengers mansion would probably detect him? possibly the institute also, but that doesn't necessarily mean he won't be welcome
Anything else? do it

idk if he's ever dealt with the others or if i'll need to drop their shit here as well

I want to say he and Alex have talked but I'm not sure? Oh, and he and Vic had a discussion when they were little... but it's up to you!

Alex kinda knows May and is buds with Allison, but idk if he's threaded with Reilly yet?
He and Vic would both be more on guard if dropped in on, since they don't know really him and they tend to be more suspicious in general.

and whenever i decide to update kanaya she'll have spacey powers of her own

Aaaand got it. I mean, I'm not assuming anyone would take being teleported in on WELL I'm just trying to make sure it's cool OOCly.

Can Reilly/Darkdevil sense your character? It might be funnier if she's always just appearing and he can't sense her, but IT DOESN'T MATTER TO ME, so I leave it up to your discretion
Can Reilly/Darkdevil teleport your character somewhere? YES
Can Reilly/Darkdevil drop in on your character? YES
Where? Her house, her secret apartment
Where not? Nowhere! Well Oracle's defense systems would probably have a heart attack if he just teleported into her room or something, but that might be a funny thing to play out sometime
Anything else? that's it i guess

yes, i want all the sneaking. GOD DAMN IT CASS HOW DO YOU KEEP DOING THAT not that he minds all that much really, but it's the principle of the thing

Can Reilly/Darkdevil sense your character? Yes (though it might be funny if Tim can Bat-sneak up on him sometimes but not always? IDK up to you XD)
Can Reilly/Darkdevil teleport your character somewhere? Yes
Can Reilly/Darkdevil drop in on your character? Yes
Where? The Tower, college? Wayne Enterprises maybe
Where not? The Tower should be fine if he's on the security file, which I think he should be since Cass. But if you would like to log with LASERS and things for the first time that would also be cool :3

If they can sneak up on Superman and his superhearing they can break EVERYONE'S rules XD

asfkjfdh he swears they're set to non-lethal... so I guess they just sting. There can be other security stuff like metal tentacles and foam guns and things for Reilly to set off :3? TIM TAKES HIS SECURITY SERIOUSLY but non-lethally so it's basically prime for hilarity.

Where? He's living alone in one of Tony's penthouses. Or anywhere, really.

Anything else? No limits with Gerry here. Reilly can pop in on him anytime or send him anywhere.
