There are plenty of musicians who seem to make relationships-gone-sour songs the backbone of their catalog, but here's a few songs that come to mind right away:

PJ Harvey, "Rid of Me"
Tori Amos, "Caught a Light Sneeze"
Violent Femmes, "Kiss Off" (and maybe "Gone Daddy Gone", although it's not as pissed off)
NIN, "Wish" and "Gave Up" (really, the whole Broken EP is very cathartic for all kinds of bitterness)
Bob Mould, "Poison Years" (see NIN, but substitute the entire "Workbook" album)
Harry Nillsson, "You're Breaking My Heart" ("...you're tearing it apart, so fuck you")
Eurhythmics, "Would I Lie to You" (OK, so it's more of a "fuck you!" song, but it does the trick)
