Summer cold season

I have a summer cold that seems to have progressed to a sinus infection. This basically means that I have a constant toothache, am on antibiotics that could stand in for footballs, and at the worst moment of pain last night I ended up buying a neti syringe. (Don't ask.) Yeah. I use one regularly as it helps cut down on "nasal related" allergy symptoms.

I believe you, but now that I've used one it becomes crystal clear just why I couldn't find any "how-to" videos on the web. Especially for those of us with moustaches and beards. Mind you, I've taken so many hot showers in the last two days that I'd need to spend a week in a septic tank to gain the title "whiffy," so this isn't the dealbreaker it would usually be...
