Camwho- well, no, not quite....

I got my digital camera today<3
If I could take a picture of it, I would, but, eh, that's kind of impossible. So instead I went around taking pics of everything around me. I need to get a SD card so that I can hold more than seven pictures, but that will come next week, next payday. Yaaay.

First things first, my cat. She's... fluffy, obviously. She also has some weird love for flirting around the edge of the microwave that we need to take over to the hospice shop.

It's Jeremy Fisher! He kind of hangs out on my lamp, and if I didn't love Beatrice Potter, frogs, and Jeremy Fisher so much I think I'd be freaked out, because he stares right where I am when I'm on the computer. >__>;;

My bed. All those things on there are either stuffed animals or blankets. I get cold during the night, okay?! ...Uhh, and that huge tie-dye thing is my curtain. It's blowing out like that because it's windy.

Rosebud again! She's a pretty cat, so I like to photo her. That or I'm a crazy cat lady with only one cat. Uhh, you know how most cats you see are like, looking at the camera like, 'excooze me wtf r u doin'?' Rosebud has this innate sense of when NOT to look at the camera. Even when she's looking at it in the preview, she turns her head away just as the picture is taken. It kind of... suits her.

This is a painting that my father did when I was born. Whatever my thoughts on him, I can't really say that he was a bad artist.

Another painting by my father. This one he did for my mother. It's of New York, with an angel with a sword in one hand throwing an hourglass over the edge of a building. Oddly enough, the Twin Towers aren't in this painting, even though everything else the city had at the time of its painting WAS in it. My mother can go on for hours about the symbolism and "psychic" nature of this. I just like it because it's really, really ominous and not a little creepy up close.

Since we're on the subject of art, have some of mine! This is one of the few I've done that isn't just black and white. I tend to prefer the monochromes, though this one is a favorite because I recovered it after it got rained on and bled. Reactions tend to go from "you have waaaay too much spare time" to "i wantz it on mah back" (which makes me a little concerned).

So, anyways.... Uh, Shannie! I'm getting out of school soon, and I'm getting good at biking again, too, so if you can manage to get to your general store I can manage to get to you.
My own work schedule right now is completely opposite yours, eheheheh.... =__=;;
Once school ends, I'm sure we'll be able to see each other a little more, though I'm taking up a second job and possibly, if I can manage it and find one, a third. EVEN SO we'll totally hang out. ::promises::
