My first venture into solo pet ownership. I got Yulia the kitten of darkness (not the name she came with, obviously. Who names a cat "ditzy"?) from the SPCA. So far I couldn't be happier with her. That's awesome - I'm very fond of black, devil-cats as well. Fizzy likes being thrown over my shoulder and carried around the apartment and is also one to play fetch.

There is something about them. This is the second all black cat I've had and so far I rather like the trend. She's less fond of being picked up, the only way I can do it is if I hold her like a baby and scratch her under her chin until she starts purring.
