First, Homecoming is one of my favorites. I was in the hospital when you posted Homecoming II, and I've been slowly making my way through a backlog of Pinto and KirkSpock fic. Last night I read Homecoming II. To say I was blown away would be an understatement. Your writing has a sophistication that continually raises the bar for fan fiction. I love the complexity of your characters, the subtle, nuanced layers you bring to each that creates fully realized and completely believable people. In other words you breathe life into your characters with each turn of phrase and each descriptive bit. This was especially true for Grayson. You made his fear and confusion palpable, and his tantrums so believable. I also loved the way you portrayed Jim's descension into dementia, as well as the wonderful relationship among Star Trek' Triad -- Kirk, Spock and McCoy. Simply brilliant, dear friend. :D
