Wow! First, I am absolutely thrilled you wrote this for me for my birthday and second, I absolutely love it! You've nailed Esca's attitude/pissiness perfectly here and I could totally imagine Marcus on the dance floor. I'm also really enjoying all your original characters, Cas, Noz and Nattie.

As always, I am totally in love with your writing. I'm really intrigued with the setting of this story - your descriptions of Esca working out with Noz are so vivid I could easily picture it all in my mind's eye and, of course, for the first part of the story, I was trying to figure out what, exactly, the two of them were doing! :)

I'm so looking forward to the next instalment!
