That is so fucked up. You should fight that. How much was the ticket for? I would fight it, if it is worth it and there is a lot of damage to your car. If he did it right in front of you and you had not time to stop. Sorry you had such a bad night.

The ticket doesn't have a price yet, so I'm not sure about that. I have to go to court next week and I was going to plead not guilty. But now I talked to my pops and he told me that I would have to get a lawyer and crap...which I deff can't afford! So I dunno what I'm gonna do bout all this right now=/
