For Clairpea...and anyone else that needs a distraction

Once apon a time, in a faraway land there was a princess called clairepea . This princess had a routine unlike anyother. She would get up everymorning. Put on her Rainbow horizontal striped gown and go for a walk in the woods with her toy turtle on a string.

HugeM sitting under a lollipop bush holding her new little tatter tot.

"oh what a cute little tatter tot!" exclaimed Clairepea but upon closer examination Clairepea realized it wasn't a tattertot at all, it was a little baby hippo!
"I am sorry, I am allergic to hippos." exclaimed Clairepea "before I run away did you happen to see a little toy turtle roll past?"

"Why yes I did." Said HugeM "it went that way" and she pointed....

at the really scary, dark, smelly forest of disrepute.

"not the forest of disrepute!" shivered clairepea
"why yes it rolled down the hill and fight into the forest." stated Huge M "Now if you excuse me I have to take my tatter hippo for a walk." and with a whistle Huge M's Husband appeared and they skipped away.

"well" thought clairepea "I do not have a choice I have to rescue my toy turtle!" So she turned her rainbow self around and started towards the big scary, dark, smelly forest of disrepute.

Came upon a huge mushroom, and on top of that mushroom was watterflower, who was baking a cake! Except the cake was in the shape of a hippo.
"Hello Watterflower, did you see my toy turtle?"
"Yes I did it went into the forest, but beware of the giant purple eyes!! Don't look into the giant eyes!"
So Clairepea stepped into the forest and to her horror she saw...

Giant Purple Eyes! In the wimsical prose of all fantasies, the eyes could only be described as giant. And purple. With definite eyeish qualities ( ... )
