Brilliant weekend (and Artrecs!)

Had a marvelous weekend with Jelle. We spent a lot of time talking about life, movies and books, as you do. Of course we also did some sort of marathon on the big screen. He brought the Season 2 DVD of Beautiful People (UK); we watched all 6 episodes in one go, it was brilliant

Yay, glad you found the DVD! Sounds like a most excellent night ;). I want to change banks too but yeah, like you said: a lot of really sucky, complicated work. Also, it's the bank that has my life insurance and my mortgage, and I have no idea if I can even move those.

There may have been a bit of a panic when I couldn't find that DVD (a good thing I didn't blab about it;) We had such an awesome time. Jelle loves Colin Firth, so I was surprised he hadn't seen that film already. Okay, so it's a chickflick, but that cast? There is also bonus Isabella Rosselini. Greatness all around!)

I found that the new bank will do a lot of transferring for you; over here they will take care of all the automatic payments from the old account for 13 months, so you have time to check if everything is getting paid.
I took step 1 today and applied for a new account at a bank that seems worthy of dealing with my money. (It's a big step though: I've been with my current bank since I opened my first account, which is a very VERY long time)
