A 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud man, who is fully dressed
each morning by eight o'clock, with his hair fashionably coiffed and shaved perfectly, even though he is legally blind, moved to a nursing home
today.
His wife of 70 years recently passed away, making the move necessary.

These are the sort of things I try to tell myself everyday when I feel myself getting stressed out or feeling like I don't know what to do anymore.
Its definitely kind of a hard thing to do.

they're also the basis of A.A. or any of the other 12 step deals, so I get a headful of this stuff almost every day. you're right it's definately a hard thing to do but i find that when i can accomplish even one of those five things in any given day i sleep much better that night :) good to hear from you
